外研社国际汉语教学资源网(以下简称“本网站”)同意按照本协议的规定及后续不定期发布的操作规则提供基于互联网和移动互联网的相关服务(以下简称“网络服务”)。

2.3 The Website owns the ownership of users’ accounts. After completing all the registration procedures, users are entitled to the right of using the account. If an account is not used to log on the Website for more than 12 months, the Website is entitled to deal with the account in way of recovery.
2.4 If you access the Services on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. When your account is used without your authorization, you shall change your password and save it properly. 2.6 If you lose your password or encounter dispute of account ownership caused by account sharing, you can apply to change your password by your registered email under the appeal route of the Website. However, the Website cannot guarantee that users are certain to change the password successfully. Users should choose and register an origin registered email to receive e-mails to change password.
2.7 The Website reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

本协议的订立、执行、解释及争议的解决均应适用在中华人民共和国大陆地区适用之有效法律（但不包括其冲突法规则）。 如发生本网站服务条款与适用之法律相抵触，相应条款将完全按法律规定重新解释，其它有效条款继续有效。如缔约方就本协议内容的制订与执行发生任何争议，双方应尽力协商解决；协商不成时，任何一方均可向本网站所有方所在地有管辖权的中华人民共和国大陆地区法院提起诉讼。 Conclusion, execution, interpretation of this Agreement and settlement of disputes under this Agreement are all governed by the laws of P. R. China; if there are rules in this Agreement against the laws, they should be reinterpreted by the laws, and the others will continue to be valid. If any dispute arises in connection with the Website Services when you use the Website Services, you and we shall try to settle through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit to the people’s court of P. R. China where the Agreement is reached for settlement.

八、其他 8. Notification

如果本协议的中文版本与本协议的英文翻译版本之间有任何不一致或冲突，以中文版本为准。 In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Chinese version of this Assignment and the English translated version of this Assignment, the Chinese version shall prevail.
